Scopely

Scopely is the mobile games publisher behind Monopoly GO!, Dice With Buddies and Yahtzee With Buddies. The studio built the generative art pipeline for Monopoly GO!'s marketing and live-ops art, and earlier designed and built several of Scopely's casual games.

Meta

Meta is the company behind Facebook and Instagram, and the platform that placed this work rather than the brand behind it. The studio ran the playable advertisements in its feed, among them the Hyundai IONIQ 5 test drive and Visa's World Cup experience, and built the Interactive Feed prototype for its Creative Shop.

MIT Media Lab

The MIT Media Lab is the research lab at MIT where artists, scientists and engineers work side by side. The studio produced the video and exhibit for Holobiont Urbanism, shown at the Venice Architecture Biennale, animated Egstrogen Farms, and collaborated on Hello, Operator!, AutomaTiles and Mind Controlled Spermatozoa.

Mondelēz

Mondelēz is the food company that makes Oreo. The studio ran the Oreoverse, a cookie-tossing game that put strangers who tapped the same advertisement into one running match, and the Space Dunk and second-year campaigns that followed it.

Trigger XR

Trigger XR is the augmented reality studio that brought in this work, rather than the brands and institutions whose names are on it. The studio designed Rangers Wanted for the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library, Safari Par-Tee for the PGA of America, and the official NHL experience on Roblox.

Ferrero

Ferrero is the confectionery company behind Kinder. The studio led engineering on an augmented reality and music prototype for its Kinder toys, and on the system that gives those physical toys capacitive touch and head tracking.

Nike

Nike is the athletic footwear and apparel brand. The studio ran the playable LeBron XX experience, in which audiences took the court against Father Time from inside an advertisement, and built a generative art pipeline for the brand.

The New York Times

The New York Times is the newspaper of record in the United States. The studio built the playable 1965 terminal for Errol Morris's series on the invention of email, and the Baskerville experiment that tested how a typeface changes what readers believe.

American Eagle

American Eagle is the American clothing retailer, and the company behind the Aerie label. The studio built interactive shopping experiences for both brands that ran in an ordinary browser.

Commonwealth Bank

Commonwealth Bank is one of Australia's largest banks. The studio produced the small-business activation for its Discovery Street campaign, made with Meta AU, Francesco Piazzoni at M&C Saatchi, and TaDa/ALT Vfx.

Disney Channel

Disney Channel is the children's television network. The studio made the visual effects for Virtual High, its short about teenagers attending a high school that runs inside virtual reality, and holds an executive producer credit on it.

Dolomiti Superski

Dolomiti Superski is the network of interconnected ski resorts in the Italian Dolomites. The studio developed a guest experience concept for it, designed to carry a visitor's journey across the resorts as one.

ESPN

ESPN

ESPN is the American sports broadcaster. The studio designed Spellsports for it, a fantasy basketball card game in which every professional player has a card written in his own character, with the numbers on it driven by his real games.

Google

Google is the search and software company, and the owner of Motorola Mobility. The studio did the research and casting on Hackers, the documentary short Errol Morris directed for Motorola, whose roster ran to Vint Cerf, Steve Wozniak, Limor Fried and OK Go.

Harvard

Harvard is the university whose law school runs the Cyberlaw Clinic, part of the Berkman Klein Center. Here the studio was the client: the clinic worked through where copyright risk sits in a card game, across its mechanics and its content, ahead of the commercial release of Spellsource.

Hyundai

Hyundai is the South Korean carmaker. The studio ran the IONIQ 5 Virtual Test Drive, a photoreal car a person could turn, inspect and open the doors of inside a phone browser with nothing to install.

Microsoft

Microsoft is the software company behind Windows and Xbox. The studio wrote the research proposal on what makes an interface durable that came out of a workshop with its Windows and Devices Group design organization, and later presented its own streamed experiences at the company.

Mochi Health

Mochi Health is a telehealth company that prescribes GLP-1 treatment. The studio built its growth and analytics infrastructure, connecting the advertising that brings patients in to the subscriptions and the conversion reporting behind them.

Motorola

Motorola is the mobile phone maker. The studio did the research and casting on Hackers, the documentary short Errol Morris directed for it about the people who build things rather than the people who talk about building things.

Mozilla

Mozilla is the nonprofit behind the Firefox browser. The studio made Monster Match with its support, a dating app for monsters that shows a player how a recommender quietly stops surfacing whole categories of people.

Netflix

Netflix is the streaming service. The studio made the virtual reality piece for its series Wormwood, which puts the viewer inside the hotel room, the ledge and the hallucination of the show's subject, Frank Olson.

NHL

The NHL is the professional ice hockey league of North America. The studio designed its official experience on Roblox with Trigger XR, through creative workshops, a developer council and new formats for two-on-two play.

Niantic

Niantic is the company behind Pokémon GO and the augmented reality technology under it. The studio designed Rangers Wanted with Niantic, the conservation game in which Theodore Roosevelt swears children in as rangers and sends them to rescue American animals.

Nissan

Nissan is the Japanese carmaker. The studio made a photoreal two-player driving game for its E-Power campaign with Meta and TBWA Singapore, featuring the brand mascot Fred-E.

Opal Camera

Opal Camera makes cameras and other hardware for the desk. The studio joined it and OpenAI on a product development collaboration on agentic deskware, with new physical products expected to deliver in 2026.

OpenAI

OpenAI is the research company that makes ChatGPT. The studio joined it and Opal on a product development collaboration on agentic deskware, with new physical products expected to deliver in 2026.

Optiver

Optiver is a proprietary trading firm. The studio examined its trading floor and its trader workstations, and analyzed how a room whose desks had accumulated screens and alerts over years actually functions.

PAREXEL

PAREXEL is a contract research organization that pharmaceutical companies hire to run clinical trials. The studio led the internal tool its sales force uses to navigate and present those service lines, designed out of ethnographic research with the salespeople themselves.

Participant

Participant is a film production company. The studio made the photoreal snow globe for its documentary The Unknown Known, in which the Washington Monument stands under glass and the snow comes down as loose letters.

Perkins&Will

Perkins&Will is an architecture practice. The studio built two internal prototypes for its Chicago office, AvatarWorld and Cube, one of which draws a room of the firm's own office with the people in it.

PGA of America

The PGA of America is the association of American golf professionals, and runs the PGA Jr. League for young players. The studio designed Safari Par-Tee for it, an augmented reality game that lays a nine-hole course across a child's own room or yard.

Phoria

Phoria is a Melbourne company that makes immersive experiences. The studio worked with it on Infinity Japan, a passthrough and augmented reality piece made in collaboration with Meta, and on visual effects for the musician Rone.

Prada

Prada is the Italian luxury fashion house. The studio made its virtual runway show, a collection presented on models in a space that a visitor moves through on a phone rather than watches.

Quilt

Quilt

Quilt makes images for health companies at volume. The studio moved that work off individual workstations and onto production infrastructure that scales with demand, and gave its artists an interface they can use without an engineer.

Roblox

Roblox is the online platform where millions of people play games that other players have made. The studio designed the official NHL experience built for it with Trigger XR, across five rounds of concept work.

Samsung

Samsung is the South Korean electronics manufacturer. The studio made a pinball table for the brand with Leo Burnett that opened in a browser with nothing to install, on the most latency-sensitive kind of game there is to stream.

T. Rowe Price

T. Rowe Price is an American asset manager. The studio ran a workshop series with its staff and wrote the research paper that followed, projecting how digital communication would shift and what each of those shifts asked of a firm that manages money.

The First Group

The First Group is a Dubai property developer working in Middle Eastern and African markets. The studio built the iPad application its agents used to sell 152 suites in an unbuilt Kempinski tower in Abuja, holding the building in three dimensions alongside unit layouts, floor plans and interiors.

Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library

The Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library stands in Medora, North Dakota, in the badlands Roosevelt worked to conserve. The studio designed Rangers Wanted for it, an augmented reality game that sends children between eight and sixteen to rewild whatever room they are standing in.

United Nations

The United Nations is the international organization its member states keep for peace and security. The studio advised the Innovation Cell of its Department of Political and Peacebuilding Affairs on Card Games for Peace, which uses card games to think through conflict prevention and peacebuilding.

Urban Outfitters

Urban Outfitters is the American clothing and homeware retailer. The studio made an interactive brand activation for it, built so that audiences take part in it rather than watch it.

Visa

Visa is the payments company. The studio ran its playable experience for the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup, which opened straight from a social feed and held the average session half again as long as the platform benchmark.

VMLY&R

VMLY&R is the advertising agency that brought in the Wendy's work, rather than the restaurant chain itself. The studio made the basketball game played from inside the agency's March Madness advertisement, where a shot that goes in resolves to a food offer.

Westpac

Westpac is an Australian bank. The studio ran the quiz it made with Digitas Australia, which played inside the Instagram and Facebook feed on a phone held upright, with two versions of it sitting behind a single address.
